Current Scope

In the current version of Budgeting Pro, order management is implemented through the Draft Orders resource in the app panel.

There is not a separate generic "Orders" module with its own independent resource set.

What the UI Currently Supports

The implemented UI supports:

• listing Shopify-backed draft orders
• viewing order details
• checking yearly and monthly budget status
• adding, editing, and deleting order lines when allowed
• commenting on orders
• moving orders through available workflow actions

Statuses and Workflow

Orders in the current build can move through statuses such as:

• draft
• pending approval
• needs rework
• approved
• processing
• completed
• failed

Available actions depend on both the order state and the signed-in user's role.
